Andrea Fontenot currently serves as Interim Associate Dean of Critical Studies, and directs the undergraduate writing curriculum and the CalArts writing center. Their research and pedagogical interests include feminism, gender and queer studies, media studies, and critical pedagogy. Their work has appeared in Camera Obscura, Modern Fiction Studies, Artbound, Artillery Magazine and 4Columns, among others.
